An in-depth look at our process:

  • 01. Discovery

    You’ll initiate the process by reaching out, then we’ll meet via Zoom to understand more about your business and get to know each other. It’s important to us that we’re the right fit (if you’re a Friends fan we’ve got a good feeling it’ll work out).

  • 02. Business Review

    We’ll provide a business review of your QuickBooks file(s) and related bookkeeping and accounting processes. We will review the file(s) for accuracy, aiming to understand existing processes like how income is recorded, bill pay, state and city tax filings, expense categorization, point of sale, payment processing, payroll, and more. After the review is complete, we will meet with you to review our findings, determine the scope of our work and provide estimates for the next phases.

  • 03. Onboarding + Implementation

    Once you’ve become a client, we’ll work through bringing on all your systems and materials. We’ll establish a flawless accounting system and get everything cleaned up and caught up to date. We focus on items such as correcting historic transactions, re-aligning the chart of accounts for better reporting, correcting balance sheet issues, etc.

  • 04. Recurring Services

    We’ll keep things humming and perform routine accounting and financial operations. Things will be easy from here on out!

  • 05. Process Improvements

    As things progress, and we become familiar with the ins and outs of your business, we will take notice of areas that we can provide excellent guidance and advice on. Common improvements include implementing an electronic bill payment service, an effective timekeeping system for employees, or payment processing software.
